Transfers & Arrivals
1. Do you have a shared speedboat transfer from the airport?
Yes! We offer shared speedboat transfers from Malé International Airport three times a day at 09:00, 13:00, and 17:00. Just share your flight details with us when you book, and we will make sure everything is ready for a smooth arrival.
2. Do you have a shared speedboat transfer from the hotel to the airport?
Absolutely! Shared transfers from Arena Beach Maldives to the airport are available at 08:00, 12:00, and 16:00. We can help coordinate the timing to match your flight.
3. My flight doesn’t match your transfer times. What are my options?
No worries! We can arrange a private speedboat transfer at your preferred time.
4. I’ll arrange my own transfer. Can you pick me up?
Of course! Just send us your boat name, ETA, and booking reference, and our team will be there to welcome you at Maafushi Island jetty.

5. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
6. How can I upgrade my room?
Room upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges. Contact us or your booking provider to check current offers.
7. How can I upgrade my meal plan?
Yes! You can upgrade your meal plan directly at the hotel.

8. I booked Arena Beach but was assigned to Arena Veli Seaview. Why?
Arena Hotels Maldives operates four beachfront properties on Maafushi. Room assignments depend on availability at check-in — all offer the same cozy island experience!

Our infinity pool is reserved exclusively for in-house guests to ensure privacy and a relaxing experience for those staying with us.

12. Can outside guests dine at your hotel?
Yes. Outside guests can visit for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Reservations are recommended.
13. Do you offer floating breakfast?
Yes. floating breakfasts are available with advance booking.
14. Is there a mandatory fee for the gala dinner?
Yes. Arena Beach Maldives hosts Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve Gala Dinners with live DJ, buffet, and fireworks. A fee applies for all guests on these nights.

15. What excursions do you offer?
We offer daily snorkeling trips at Shark Bay, half-day adventures, and night fishing trips. Other excursions can be arranged depending on guest numbers.

Payments & Policies
21. Is the Green Tax mandatory?
Yes. A $6 per person, per night green tax applies to all guests except Maldivian locals and work-permit holders.
22. Do you accept cash or card payments?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay, USD and EUR cash (MVR for locals and work-permit holders).
23. Is there an age limit for children?
Children 12 years and older are considered adults and may incur additional charges.
